Each package is designed for different levels of support. Reset is a quick 6-week boost, Balance builds steady long-term habits, and Thrive offers the most complete transformation over 6 months.
Yes! You can start with a smaller package and upgrade to Balance or Thrive if you feel you need deeper support.
All sessions can be held online via video call. Depending on location and availability, in-person options may also be offered.
