Hi I’m Ghalia

If time has taught us anything – it is that nothing is more precious than good health and vitality! 

I learned that the hard way.  I lost both my parents to cancer.  Seeing them suffer and then leave this world still too young, is an experience that leaves its mark.  After struggling with anxiety, indigestion and chronic bloating for years, I searched for answers in alternative therapies and found some relief in the world of Pranic Healing. 

At that point, I also started to notice the clear connection with the food that I ate.

In my late 30’s I was battling with uterine fibroids until I met Ghalia. My conversations with her made me realize that I am not alone and that many women in my age go through the same condition, as part of perimenopause.
