Hi I’m Ghalia
If time has taught us anything – it is that nothing is more precious than good health and vitality!
I learned that the hard way. I lost both my parents to cancer. Seeing them suffer and then leave this world still too young, is an experience that leaves its mark. After struggling with anxiety, indigestion and chronic bloating for years, I searched for answers in alternative therapies and found some relief in the world of Pranic Healing.
At that point, I also started to notice the clear connection with the food that I ate. Synchronicity took me to Bali where I discovered the magical benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. I received my certification as a Raw Food Chef and adopted the plant-based diet. I felt and saw the change in my overall health and well-being.
Shortly after that trip, I co-founded Little Erth by Nabz&G, an award-winning healthy plant-based restaurant in Dubai. Our purpose is to create a new perspective on healthy eating – it can be fun and delicious.
But I didn’t stop there. I wanted to go deeper. As I got into my forties, I wanted more specific answers and solutions to the changes that were happening in my body. I knew that everything was connected, and I could not focus on just one aspect without looking at the whole picture.
I am now a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In my coaching practice I use a holistic approach to health and wellness. I help you connect the dots in all areas of your life so that you can identify the root causes of the ailment or discomfort that is preventing you from living your life with energy and vitality. The dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability and self-realization.
It flies only for a fraction of its life. This exemplifies the virtue of living in the moment and living life to the fullest. By living in the moment you are aware of who you are, where you are, what you are doing, what you want, what you don’t, and to make informed choices on a moment-to-moment basis. The eyes of the Dragonfly symbolize the uninhibited vision of the mind and the ability to see beyond the limitations of the human self. They can symbolize going past self-created illusions that limit our growth and ability to change.
The Dragonfly has been a symbol of happiness, new beginnings and change for many centuries. It means hope, change, and love.
