My Journey
If time has taught us anything – it is that nothing is more precious than good health and vitality!
I learned that the hard way. Losing both my parents to cancer at a young age left a mark that changed me forever. Grief, anxiety, indigestion, and chronic bloating became part of my daily reality, and for years I searched for answers. My healing path began with alternative therapies, where I found comfort and relief through the practice of Pranic Healing.
That experience opened my eyes. I started to notice how closely my diet was linked to how I felt, not just physically but emotionally. This curiosity pulled me deeper into the world of nutrition and mental health.
Synchronicity took me to Bali where I discovered the magical benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. I received my certification as a Raw Food Chef, embraced plant-based eating and felt a profound shift in my health and energy.
Shortly after, I co-founded Little Erth, an award-winning plant-based restaurant in Dubai that challenged the idea that healthy food couldn’t be fun, vibrant, and delicious.
But my journey didn’t end there. As I entered my forties, I wanted more specific answers and solutions to the changes that were happening in my body. I knew that everything was connected, and that true wellness could not be achieved by focusing on one piece of the puzzle alone.
During the pandemic, I committed to expanding my knowledge even further. I earned a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies, and a Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a special focus on hormone health.
These experiences shaped my coaching practice into what it is today: a holistic approach that empowers women to navigate the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
